About Us<\/p><\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Tejon Treating and Carbon Solutions (Tejon)<\/strong> \u2013 providing gas treating services to customers in the Midland Basin. The company was formed in 2023 to provide sour gas gathering, treatment and carbon sequestration, through its Mongoose Gas Plant, in an area where existing treatment capacity is insufficient or has been decommissioned.<\/p>\n

The presence of Tejon<\/strong> allows for the environmentally responsible development of oil and gas assets where sour gas is present. All wellhead gas including vapor recovery unit (VRU) gas is captured and transported to the plant for treatment.<\/p>\n

Given existing and newly proposed regulations<\/strong> administered by the EPA, treating and sequestering facilities like the Mongoose Gas Plant will play a critical role in achieving low carbon operations.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Mike Solomon

Mike Solomon has served as President of Tejon since it\u2019s founding in April 2023 and has 20 years experience constructing and operating midstream assets. Mike was most recently COO of Elevation Midstream and SVP of Engineering and Operations for 3 Bear Energy and has overseen operations and technical teams in multiple basins including Midland, Delaware, Bakken and DJ.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Bo Buescher
\nDirector of Operations\/Construction<\/span><\/b><\/p><\/h5><\/div>

Bo Buescher serves as the Director of all field operations for Tejon and has 20 years of experience in upstream and midstream facilities construction and operations. Bo worked for several midstream\/upstream operators prior to joining Tejon. Bo has significant experience constructing pipelines and all types of surface facilities (plants, terminals etc).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Matt Jui has 12 years of experience working for engineering and operating companies in the midstream industry. Matt\u2019s experience includes managing construction\/project mgmt. and operations support for gas compression and processing projects.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Tejon is focused on gas gathering, sour gas treatment and carbon sequestration services in the Midland Basin. <\/b>The assets are ideally located in Howard and Mitchell county and in an area where producers are actively drilling, and gas quality necessitates further treatment. Phase 1 was completed in summer of 2023 and includes an initial low pressure gas gathering system, a 350 gpm amine treatment plant, the Mongoose AGI #1 and HP treated gas redelivery to area processors.
